Healing Grounds

🍀 Spring newsletter from Healing Grounds

May 27, 2026

Not everything grows in spring…

Even though this is a season of growth and bloom, that doesn’t mean everything has to grow and blossom. Read more about it in this Healing Grounds newsletter.

🌲 The ‘Grounds’ are going offline!
In our last newsletter I announced the expansion of Healing Grounds Online. We held a kick-off session with a number of professionals who wanted to help shape it. During that session we reached a conclusion: Healing Grounds doesn’t want to be online. In an era of AI and digitisation on steroids, we’re going 180 degrees in the other direction: offline. Our website will of course remain!

😮‍💨 Goodbye Meta!
To be or not to be on Instagram - that was my question for a long time. I eventually joined, reluctantly, partly to “bring some light into the Instagram darkness.” But it didn’t feel right, it cost more time than I was happy with (hello doomscrolling) and Healing Grounds itself invites people to be offline. So I happily wrestled myself free from Meta’s grip. Bye bye Instagram. We’re staying on LinkedIn (for now) - except this month, because #socialmediafree.

🧘 Healing Grounds Gut
The kick-off session for Healing Grounds Twente also brought a surprise. No local network wants to emerge - but Healing Grounds Gut is making itself known. A network of professionals from different disciplines who are passionate about everything that happens in the gut. We’re building this network in collaboration with a medical gastroenterologist. The first interested parties have already come forward. Do you also find the gut endlessly fascinating, and would you like to help shape Healing Grounds Gut? Email Isabel at isabel@healinggrounds.org. Where the ‘Grounds’ will be, we’ll find out later.

💻 Meet online
The last webinar is coming up. On Wednesday the 27th from 20:00–21:00 I’ll be giving what is for now my last webinar for professionals. Register via this link! I love giving webinars, but they’re also intensive, and I find I don’t have enough space left to ask my own questions to those attending. I’ve concluded that I’d rather get to know each other in a one-to-one conversation. Would you like to meet with me? Schedule a meeting via this link.
