It is happening! The first Healing Grounds in the world will soon open its doors. A long-held dream is becoming reality. Visitors are warmly welcomed starting February 3 at Landgoed Zonnestraal in Hilversum. We are incredibly excited about this next phase.
Location
Healing Grounds is a cooperating with “Onze Campus”, which is located in a beautifully renovated building on Landgoed Zonnestraal. We are thrilled to be able to use the space to welcome our visitors. The energy in the building is wonderful, and you can step directly into the forest or onto the heathland. The combination of a serene environment and beautiful nature is exactly as Isabel envisioned it.
Clarity Sessions
The first session we offer visitors at Healing Grounds is a Clarity Session. Using the Positive Health questionnaire, we guide visitors to take a broad look at their own health and identify what they truly long for. This shifts the focus from complaints to desires. The Clarity Session will also provide direction on the type of therapy or treatment that best suits the visitor.
Health Professionals
Healing Grounds Zonnestraal now has 7 health professionals offering around 20 therapies and treatments. Covering physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health, everything is available in one place. They are getting to know each other’s expertise better through gatherings where they provide demonstrations and engage in discussions. This allows the osteopath to confidently advise someone to visit the psychosocial therapist when mental health issues are impacting physical well-being. Team
Since this month, Nelieke Wismans has been working two days a week as part of the Healing Grounds core team. She has been involved since May 2024 to help determine how we can connect visitors of Healing Grounds with the right health professional. Starting in February, she will also guide Clarity Sessions. Like Isabel, she successfully completed the Positive Health training and earned three certificates.
